We stared to play WoW just to get used to an MMO before SWTOR launches. The only thing we have a real problem is, that for us it's hard to figure out what in chat brb and afk and things like that mean. It would be great if those who played a lot and know these, would write down what they think is important to know, with the meaning behind it. Thanks.

lol... biggest problem is to understand shortcuts for areas, dungeons and such.

I went back to Guild Wars (no month fee) and didnot know all the 1 2 3 4 short cut words, lol. Once in a guild I just asked in guild or ally chat channel.

There are some lists out there on the net with some standard abbr.
