I think only public groups can have that functionality, but not sure if you'd want that with all the random people possibly joining. There will no doubt be some, coming from my experience with my legion's FB page from Aion.

We are nor really active there, those who started it are not with us any more. I don't use Facebook only for official stuff, so in that I can't help you. If you want to make a new TKM community there, anyone free to do so. You can make a new post for it or post it here and I'll edit the first post regarding it.
