Billing problems

As some of you saw me qqing yesterday in /g, I'm having problems adding a payment method to my star wars account. I tried two different credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), both of which I often use for online purchases with no luck.
I'm quite sure it has something to do with me being in the Red Zone... I bought the game through Yoine (Netherlands IP) with my Mastercard and original Israeli address, since Origin wouldn't let me go on with my DDE preorder from Israel. I've seen some people complaining about the same issue on forums and I know for sure that some of them are from the Red Zone too. My other worry is, I've also seen people complaining about not being able to register PayPal as a payment method no matter the region.

So, I would love to hear from people who have already registered their payment methods on their accounts in this topic.

Did you manage to register while being in the Red Zone?
Did you manage to register via PayPal?
Did any of you buy the game in the country that is different from the country registered as your credit card billing address?

I remember seeing something in Origin when i paid for the game during the weekend about Paypal not working as payment for this game.
They had paypal written as an option you could chose, but at the same time wrote you could not use it.
As far as i remember that is..... i was kinda riding the "wohoo - my wife told me it was OK to order the game, as long as i would not forget to spend time with the rest of the family during christmas"-wave.

However, i am currently living in the Czech Republic, and i bought the game, and registered the monthly payments on a danish registered credit cart - and it worked smoothly. But it bought the digital version, which might use other product-keys than the ones you would get from the shops.

I know some keys are region specific, which could be your problem.

Sorry - not a lot of help here, but for sure i would forget about Paypal.
