In the special vendors (be it security, ce, not vip - the guy has one item right now ) with my knight, there are special "heads" for T7. Not just color changes.

I'm quite sure that at some point they will sell CE upgrade pack for in-game stuff only, like they are already doing for the DDE version of the game.
