Well, if we go by a "clan surname", then I vote for something that sounds Star Wars-ish (To avoid the "Kenobull" & "Darthwalker" incidenses ).

Re: The Legacy system
I suspect they will change the legacy system before launch. It is not a good idea.

What are you saying? Something wrong with my name? If you want to do this just say it and we can throw out right here right now! >:OSunus wrote:Well, if we go by a "clan surname", then I vote for something that sounds Star Wars-ish (To avoid the "Kenobull" & "Darthwalker" incidenses ).
Yes, i do suspect there will be a lot of changes on legacy names before launch. Hopefully for the better and more freedom to choose how it works.

Re: The Legacy system
Hmmm looks like they dropped a little bomb. lots dicsussion, hehe
looking at it with a bit RP in mind i think its nice system. Can give you some RP options in the line of House xxxx or Clan xxx or what i am thinking of business corperation xxx. Surname is wrong choice, they should redesign that. surnames should be for every character and different. Also for those (non force) that like to 'marry' in game and such (lol gives this romance companion also a nice twist)
rumor is also it can unlock race/class combo that were not possible at start. now i dont see a pure sithblood become a trooper or even a jedi. so possible faction related only
but then this doesnot make sense at all if i cannot make my uncle a mirialan bounty hunter lol.
maybe it will enable server account vault so my alts can trade easier then mail system. that would aid my business concept legacy idea.
i hope they get some more info on this for us to work with as we prepare our stories and storylines , keeping in mind to 'reserve' names by making dummy charaters.
Any know more?

Re: The Legacy system
I tend to make alts of different races, how can they have family relations except marriage?
