Picked it up on the 360. Not opened it yet, but my previous experience of Elder Scrolls was oblivion, which i played in a tiny 800X600 window on my old pc, it ran badly and even the voices of Patrick Steward & one of my all time favourite actors; Sean Bean, couldnt keep me interested in it.
This game seems very sandboxy so I'm going into Skyrim with that in mind & low expectations. I hope it will blow me away like the games of yonder, Baldur's Gate & the Legend of Zelda etc...
Will play it this evening and let you know!

Well the Collector's Edition arrived at the back of 1 today. Artbook is superb. The Dragon is also. But minor disappointment with the stand. It's hollow and nowhere near as detailed as the one shown in the pictures.
They either skimped out on the base at some point or there's been a fault in the manufacturing process; however I'm liable to suspect its the former.
Another minor disappointment is that the Dragon in no way seems to fit 'right' on the base. The sole picture showing how it's meant to fit is blurry and when one attempts to do it that way the model seems to 'bounce' up due to the tightness of the wings on the base.
However, other than that, its great! Can't wait to get into Skyrim.
Anyone else with the Collector's got the same issues with the Dragon, any advice on getting the damn thing to stay on?

No CE here, sorry to hear the dragon isn't up to snuff. Some bugs in the UI on PC, stuff related to remapping controls.... Otherwise pretty incredible. Sorta wish it was multiplayer. Really like the skill system, I'm playing a sneaky mage in heavy armor... Rogue Battlemage FTW!

Crush the Imperials, see the Empire driven before you and hear the lamentation of the Thalmor!

I'm a Redguard. Archer with heavy armour and a 2h battleaxe
Just took on two dragons at once. Gotta love adrenaline rush and the slow down time shout... Plus about 10 potions
