SWTOR Bolster Plans for 5.10 and Beyond - PvP changes

Hello, Kestrels!
Seems they make a major shift in PvP again.
Saying they will "bolster" People to 248 gear while leaving the small gap to the "new" 252 gear only.
So PvP cracks will swarm the new daily area like sharks as the "only" difference they can make really will be by getting this new gear.
It's another twist in the chaotic changes PvP went through in SWTOR after making all cross-faction now this.
We will see what that will cause or gain.
