SWTOR Guild Leveling, Guild Parks and Conquest Changes in 5.10

Hello Kestrels!

Here's some more information about what will be coming up for guilds in SWTOR.

I read it with some interest.

As for me I am OK if it is only a "additional" benefit for active guilds leaving the base functions as accessible as they are now.

Reading what they want to change or do is definitely something to process.

For anyone interested in the details the ever watchful Dulfy has provided a post.

Greetings

Corv

We shall see, I don' t really see how that will not make gap in WZ much larger... With boosts for crit and such deffintly not available for small guilds esasily... I prersonally would focus on crafting and harvesting but we shall see how it works and what others want.

As for PvP:

The first post I did shows they will raise bolster to 248 - with bolster for missing augs or augs to 236.

So with the new tier behind a wall of tokens at 252 due to the weekly area the difference in gear will be minimal.

And these "boosts" can be bought only temporarily.

So yes:

PvP guild can enhance their "stats".

But it will be expensive and only temporarily.

And before it was due to gear disparity.

So it only shifts the "permanent" disparity to a "temporarily" one.

And they need to invest quite some time and "guild perks" to get some bonus.

Which - let's face it - they had already before the new boost to 248 due to the gear gap.

I won't say good or bad but that is their "thoughts" there.

As for the rest as I see it it is a bonus:

Some changes for comfort and design for guilds and some "optional" perks which reward them for going for game content.

Most of them apply as bonus to Operations/FP/PvE/crafting (longterm) or to PvP where it gives boosts for only one hour or so.

As for PvP that is not much time and the boni are not overwhelming.
