Recruitment process for applicants

Applicants who express an interest in TKM need to post an application on the website and keep it active until their application is approved by an officer. Approved applicants are then given a period of one month to see whether or not they feel the guild is right for them and also for us as a guild to see if we get along with you. After which you will either be inducted as a full member with all that that entails or we part ways amicably.
New members are expected to make an effort to get involved in guild events, roleplay and guildchat, plus website discussions. At the end of their 4 week trial period the officers will review their membership and either promote them to a full member or politely decline their status.
