They'll be dispatched on Tuesday me thinks. So I'll be checking the tracking code like every 10 minutes after that.

I ordered the CE and the email said it's been dispatched, so I think they are just sending them all out in the order they were placed?

That's what Game does with huge releases. They process all the orders in advance, so the status should say "dispatched" even though it really hasn't yet. They are held by the courier, but will be dispatched on the 14th. Because the CE is worth over 100£ it's entitled to the free express delivery, so it should get to everyone by the 15th.
