Ok, so this is the dilemma i have a small chance of getting a CE at my local Game Store, however it is a small chance, so i do i sit and wait until Thursday morning and try my luck or do i just pre-order the DDE and get that?

Are they the same price? I'm old fashioned and always like a hard copy of the game. But I was skint, so I could only get the cheapo version.

I'd go for the CE if I could afford it.

I went for CE. After three years of waiting for this game i thought it would be worth getting it xD

The DDE is roughly 60 pounds & the CE roughly 120 pounds.

It's all up to you, it's your money, we can't really make a decision for you. Are the bonus of the CE worth 60 pounds to you?

Could you have regret not buying the CE? Could you see yourself upgrading to the CE from the DDE?
As pre-ordering now, won't get you much of an Early Game Access, it's more up to you, how you feel about the CE. What's make you hesitate between the two right now?

• The Journal of Master Gnost-Dural (would read once then forget until i move house)
  The Old Republic Galaxy Map (would think of putting it up, then decide Id never look at it and add to my EQ/EQ2/WOW/STO/TR/E&B/etc maps box)
  Custom Security Authentication Key (Id prefer the app)
  Music of Star Wars™: The Old Republic™ CD (youTube, nuff said pluse I NEVER listen to any of the music from ..cds that come with games )
  Exclusive Gentle Giant Darth Malgus Statue (OK i dont see this fitting into my home somehow and cant say that bothers me lol)
  Game disks collectible metal case (makes me laugh, they always say collectible, to who? Never had anyone want to buy any of my old ce boxes)
  High-quality Collector’s Edition Box (yeah like my huge Rift box, handy for propping a door open )
  
  In game Content:
  Exclusive Mouse Droid (oh noes, I shall try best to live on without it )
  Exclusive Collector’s Edition Store (fancy hats n tiaras or 1m credits )

I really don't see why anyone would want to spend so much money on a game and the tat it comes with (no offence CE mugs..erm...buyers i meant) £120 is obscene tbh in this day and age for digital in game no cost items and the statuette items are just aimed at teen age boys bedrooms.

Sure theres one or two who might put it up in their lounge once past the age of 21 but really its not that common or pretty.

But as mentioned each to his own and each spends his/her cash their own way. Me, the extra £80 I saved fed me and the wife for a couple of weeks and got me fuel to get to work in these 395mph winds and snow

Is it not possible for you to talk to the same store and pre-order your CE directly from them? They surely already have the boxes in their shop, all you need is some guarantee that you'll get one.

Moreover, even though I got DDE, I'm not not sure that it was worth it anymore after I saw this:

Was hoping that DDE items will be somewhat unique for people who preordered the game but eh...

but you cannot get acces to CE vendor. CE fancy pants exclusive to ce buyers.
as far as i read stuff

lets be honest here though, how many hundreds have CE against how many have DDE/NE now who you gonna spend your time making content for? yeh i thought so too the normal crowds.. granted that shop will get random items from time to time but i doubt it will be bursting, the only thing i would have loved is the Gnost-Dural book.

Yeah, lol. Altough i think there might be some awesome exclusive CE companions makeovers...lol or later on Ships...hehe
