Changes to guild structure and a New Officer

First, we've decided to do a small change to our guild structure. We're removing the Guild leader. In practice this doesn't really change anything, rather it updates the guild structure to reflect the way we actually work.

Second, long-time member Corvinius is joining the Officer team.
