Diplomacy - Bioanalysis - Investigation. Fits Yoonbak the character better as well.

* I love to heal and keep my buddies alive on the various battlefields. However, if WoW has teached me one thing, it's that I can be a real DPS junky. Especially if there's some good competition going on. (Though the WoW-community is also more focussed at making people aware of how they're performing DPS wise. And almost all of the bossfights in that game evolve around your groups total DPS output. So yea..)
I'll start out with healing though. But because there's no gearing difference between the two I'll likely be good to perform as either depending on what is needed.

2.) I loved tanking in wow and i found JK quite similiar to the wow warrior so its a very likely option, however i also like the double lightsaber deal with Sentinel so depends at the time and probably what will aid the guild more.

3.) Not sure on professions, i normally dont bother but i quite like the system in ToR so i might make some effort to get into it.

4.) Coffee, definately! (better with a spot'o whisky!)
