Yesterday Valeth and I played on Ilum with the new rules.
At first there were some one-one fight, but people quickly started to invite each other. After 15-20 minutes there were two big group. Unfortunately the imp group was at least twice bigger than our group. We were wiped and pushed back to the republic camp. We tried to stormed out, but we were wiped again. We realized, we would give them free valor in that way. So we started the fishing. I mean we stopped by the line of our main gun, and jedi shadows and vanguards pulled some of them in. It is hadr to describe, but it was fun. They have number, we have a heavy turret. Some of the shadow sneaked out to use the hand turret in their back. It was really fun. I am satisfied at the moment.
Of course it is not ideal. I heard about other servers, where there were 200 imps and 20 republics. No gun could save them, they were constantly in rebirth point. So bioware have to work on this, but they will find the good solution. The today patch will fix this issues.
