First the picture with the wookie as teaser will be "only" a Manaan FP - continuation of the story arc.
No whisper what planet the extension will be.
On second note there was finally some comment from the Devs about the costs for the Guildships:
50 Million Credits.
SO - having one month still it seems a possibility to go for it.
Yet they seem to have the Guildship as the pinnacle for what guilds can get.
Even higher in costs than a guild stronghold.

I think we might want to go for the stronghold first for guild that is.. but we will see when things coming out and can decide. So far we are collecting it nicely.

It is apparently not yet set in stone. But I agree with Lisszia, perhaps a stronghold first. Tatooine makes sense for us after all It will also apparently be quite costly, 2.5 million on the PTS.

as for now we have more the 17 mill... the stronghold should be OK... we can still continue collecting on the ship as that is a must for the birds I'lll join again in once back form holidays.

The guild strongholds share the same layout with personal strongholds as reported by the livestream.

Dataminer brought up some data for Guildflagships.
Statement:
50 millions for the first unlock - then 5 Million for each room a total of 16 possible.
Meaning a guild ship has costs 130 million full.
Personally I think it is way to overblown costs.
Also seems the Guild conquering missions will come as grinding mission events on each planet with the "best grinder" getting the planet.
So leaving smaller guilds in the dust.

Reading all this and seeing the focus on large guild who will for sure paste over any small ones makes me feel I like a Stronghold better.
Which we can then at least unlock without making a mega-grind of 130 million credits total.
