Go for whichever you think will sound best when yelled on vent, "For fuck's sake [$name]!" is the one I tend to hear most (winning at threat, yay) and abbreviates to something that doesn't make you cringe.

I searched name your baby pages, and I don't know witch sound the best for you, but my favourites with J are:
Jules - boy - youthful - French
Janak - boy - father of Sita - Hindu
On this site I found both of them, and has lot of names but not more than 4000 like one of the sites I visited

But to use Jutoon as the name in game, (I'm not sure but I think you not restricted to use first name you can use the family name there), and keep your original name out of game is what I'd do. (As Yoonbak Onath wrote.)
