I think we ought to decide (if we haven't already) whether or not any roleplaying we will do in the beta will count as actual TKM story. I'm opposed to this, as there may be guild members that won't make the beta after all. Plus, it's a test phase and we need to fool around.
Any thoughts?

My thoughts exactly. And need to fool around in character creation for 40 HOURS.

Character creation is all I'm interested in really to be honest. I don't think I'll actually test any of the game. I don't want to spoil anything for the release.

I'm not sure I'll be able to download it anyway. How big will the game client be?

Yeah if i am to download that it's going to cost me 80-100 euros as my current net is bought in batches of 5gb per 20euros. Usually is fine for an entire month of net, including playing mmo's, it's only killed when you have massive clients to download.

Damn, 27gb. I won't be downloading it then. I'll have to wait for the release. I have got permission from my ISP to download the game in December. I wouldn't want to push it and download the beta in November as well.

Got an email too, and I have no worries about downloading the client and burning to discs for people who want it although if it's just one weekend then obviously this idea won't work. Like most I am in two minds about testing this close to launch, but having my two cents worth input seems tempting!
